Arrange programs to any named transcoder, so that HD programs works in one transcoder, and SD programs works in another transcoder, which makes the efficiency of the transcoder perform the best.
Except for transmitting DVB-S2/IP streams to trascoder, it can also be used for other purposes. (detecting, DVB broadcast headend)
