DVB-S2 to DVB-T Modulator

Now more and more programs come from satellite, how to receive satellite programs and transfer to DVB-T system, here we recommend the following two ways:

 

Solution 1. For commercial and small applications


For the FTA channels, all headend can be built up based on DVB-S/S2 to DVB-T Transmodulator (Model:MSM628). This Transmodulator is already integrated with 16*DVB-S2 tuner inputs, after multiplexing, and modulating process, then it gives 8 RF carrier output.

Also we recommend QAM6248Plus 12 DVB-S/S2 FTA Tuner +128 IP to DVB-T Transmodulator. It can support 4 multiplexing channels and 4 DVB-T modulating channels, with 4 non-adjacent carriers (50MHz~960MHz) output through the RF output interface.

For the encrypted channels, all headend can be built up based on 4*Encrypted DVB-S/S2 Tuner to RF Modulator (Model:EMI1340). This Transmodulator is already integrated with 4 satellite tuners into digital DVB-T with 4 CAMs/CI to descramble.

 

Solution 2. For the operator and more channels subscriber applications

 

The all headend can be built up based on IP infrastructure. You can take the IP streams from professional IRD (IRD1218/IRD1380), feed into an IP to DVB-T modulator (Model:IPM6000).

For the FTA channels, IRD1218 Integrates Professional DVB-S2, RF Receivers and De-encapsulates and Routes Any or All Transport Streams via IP Output.

For the encrypted channels, IRD1380 equipped with 8 independent DVB-S/S2 tuners, with most of well-known CAS in the market to de-crypt multiple pay TV services.

The modulator IPM6000 can support 8 multiplexing channels and 8 DVB-T modulating channels, with 8 non-adjacent carriers (50MHz~960MHz) output through the RF output interface.
